Adult/ Teen bjj @6:30pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Kickboxing is Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm.

Adult/ Teen Nogi bjj is at 6:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday.

Open mat 9:00am Saturday
